Came home at night to my flat to find that the whole apartment had raw sewage and water damage.The carpets were finished. It also leaked outside into the common area which had carpets to. Do I call my own plumber , or because its part of a body corporate do I arrange with the body corporate for their plumber to come in.
The procedure can be quite a headache. Was the problem caused by a body corporate blockage. We definitely can't stay in the flat until the problem which caused this to happen is repaired. Also we will require new carpets and or for the moment to get them cleaned and dryed out. Plumbers Reply to this message Customers Reply forum form
